How is the clothing made?
We source fair-trade materials and work with factories that pay their employees fairly and work under fair conditions. We also produce our clothing in small batches, abandoning the economies of scale as a business model.
Can I try them on before purchasing?
Yes, if you're located in Singapore, simply email us at love@fearlessbeautyst.co to arrange a walk-in appointment. You can also book for an appointment here.
How long does the delivery take?
Delivery in Singapore will take 3 working days (Mon-Sat) via a courier service. Delivery worldwide will take 7-14 days.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes! See here for the expected delivery lead time.
What is your refund policy?
Simply return your unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with its original tag attached to the product within 14 days of receiving. Your return will be processed within 7 business days from when we receive it.
Where can I see reviews of your online store?
There are some reviews posted on my site, but here's my Etsy Shop and you can see all the reviews that I've received here.
How can I shop with confidence knowing the products will reach me?
Your order can be of high value and that is why we use insured shipping methods to everywhere in the world (excluding tax and duties), for a peace of mind. Furthermore, you can choose to checkout your cart with PayPal (simply create an account and you can save your credit cards on the platform securely), and get covered with Paypal Buyer Protection!
What payment options do you accept?
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
Do you design your own line and what's the inspiration?
Most of our styles are designed in-house. We believe clothing should connect to you emotionally and help you express your energy and feelings.
What is Slow Fashion and how does fearlessbeautyst play a part?
Slow fashion is a movement that is conscious about how business conduct themselves sustainably, from designing to production. fearlessbeautyst aims to reduce textile waste and water pollution caused by dyes, by producing responsibly and creating timeless wear.
