How does modgeek works?
modgeek is a clothes subscription + self-development membership club, with 3 plans to choose from.
Articles for the month will be automatically sent together with your box.
Starter (1-month plan):
A price of $89 will be billed monthly. Rent any 3 items. Return clothes within 30 days, from billing date. You may cancel your plan before you’re billed for the next cycle.
Plus (3-month plan):
A price of $250 will be billed every 3 months. Rent 3 items per box. Each box rental is calculated as 30 days, cumulative from billing date. Return clothes before placing order for next month. Your plan is valid for 3 months. You may cancel your plan before you’re billed for the next cycle.
Platinum (annual plan):
A price of $900 will be billed annually. Rent 3 items per box. Each box rental is calculated as 30 days, cumulative from billing date. Return box before placing order for next month. Your plan is valid for 12 months. You may cancel your plan before you’re billed for the next year.
Can I rollover the box if I did not order anything for the month?
We apologise as our system is currently unable to support this.
Will the articles and techniques work for me?
Our articles are centred around mindfulness, psychology and health to promote overall well-being. While it is important to acquire knowledge to better understand ourselves and our intentions, it is also important to ask ourselves real questions and put in real effort to make changes. Our kit will guide you through that.
Can I trust modgeek?
If there is anything that you would share with us, we’d love to hear! They will be kept confidential unless we have your permission to share your story.
Are the tips and articles for women only?
Nope, it’s for everyone, but some health articles can be centred around women.
What sizes do you carry?
We currently carry most designs in sizes UK 6, 8 and 10.
What if I accidentally stain or damage the dress?
We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable, and we cover for minor stains and damage. However, significant damage and theft are not covered. If the item is damaged beyond repair or never returned, the fee is the retail price of the item.
Will the dresses need to be pressed upon arrival?
We do our best to ensure your dresses arrive wrinkle-free. Each dress is steamed and pressed before being placed in a box. If you receive a dress with slight creases, please try steaming the garment on low heat or contact us for advice.
Can I purchase any items?
All of our inventory are currently only for rental.
No, we do not allow alterations on any of our items.
Do you have a waitlist for dresses?
At this moment, we do not have a waitlist for the dresses.
How much does the delivery and pickup cost?
Your subscription includes delivery and pick up at no extra charge.
- Pack all the rented pieces in the box. Items do not have to be washed before returning to us.
- Schedule the delivery with us via email, Facebook Messenger.
- Just make sure you’re there for the driver to pick up!
Do not leave your rentals with any third party (hotel, mailroom, etc) for returns. We currently do not facilitate partial returns (e.g: return 1 or 2 pieces out of 3). If in event of any partial returns, an additional delivery charge of $10/trip to collect remaining pieces will be charged to you.
Please also return all the original packaging (tote bag, laundry bag and box). If any of the original packaging is not returned to us, you will be charged $15. Thank you for helping us to reuse our materials and minimise wastage.

When can you collect my box?
You may choose the date for collection from next working day onwards (cut-off time at 6pm), and there are four time slots to choose from (9am – 12pm, 12pm – 3pm, 3pm – 6pm, 6pm – 10pm).
What is the return process after the driver picks up my box?
The returns will take one business day for us to receive your box and process your returns. You will able to order your next box when your next cycle is up. We will send you an email notification when you can order your next box!
What if my rental due date falls on a Sunday or Public Holiday?
If on the 30th day of rental is on a Sunday or Public Holiday, the due date for return will move forward to an earlier business day. T
Can I return 1 or 2 items only?
We currently do not accept partial returns. If there are any partial returns, an additional delivery charge of $10/trip to collect remaining pieces will be charged to you.
Must I return the original packaging?
Yes, please return us the original tote bag, laundry bag and box. This helps us to reuse the materials and reduce wastage. Please also return all the original packaging (tote bag, laundry bag and box). If any of the original packaging is not returned to us, you will be charged $15. Thank you for helping us to reuse our materials and minimise wastage.
How much does the delivery and pickup cost?
Your subscription includes delivery and pick up at no extra charge. We only ship within Singapore.
When is the earliest delivery date?
You can request for a date for your box to be delivered, from Mondays to Saturdays, excluding public holidays.
The earliest delivery date is on 2nd working day after the order is placed by 6pm.
E.g: Order is placed on Monday before 6pm. The earliest delivery available is on Wednesday. You may request any day from then onwards.
There are two time slots to choose from, 9am – 6pm and 6pm – 10pm.
We don’t, please enter a valid residence, company or hotel address for a successful delivery.
Can you deliver to a hotel or another address besides my home?
Yes! If you're shipping to a hotel, please input the reservation guest in the attention field and make sure the hotel concierge is expecting your delivery.
